At this stage, taskforces will formulate three or four ideas in a very succinct form, writing them in a colloquial form, without paying much attention to the terms and grammar, enough to convey the idea clearly for other teams to understand what it implies.
It is very important to formulate several ideas as a way to exercise our creativity and provide every team member of opportunities to express their creativity.
